Waistcoat made from a short length of a nice quality herringbone wool – with a big cloth flaw across the width at pocket level, hence the cheaper price.
Wool waistcoat with cloth back and stand collar, like traditional 18th/19th century/Regency waistcoat. Single breasted style with straight hem, 8 handstitched silver shank buttons – see photo. There is a leather laced adjustor at back waist to provide a good fit. Fronts slightly longer than back
Cotton lined, so made from all natural vintage fabrics, very comfortable to wear.
Size Small for 37″ chest – chest measures 40″ and navel measures 37″, back lenth 22″, front length from side of neck 24″
Care of waistcoats
If you drop things down your front we advise the use of a damp sponge or a flannel to clean off small marks. Can be dry cleaned.
