High button 18th century style wool mix waistcoat in black dogtooth check – XL only

Sample lenght of black dogtooth check made into a single waistcoat with cloth back and high neck like traditional 18th/19th century/Regency style. Single breasted style with straight hem, 12 handstitched front silver coloured shank buttons with 2 working pockets, each with a decorative button.  There is a laced adjustor at back waist to provide a good fit. Fronts slightly longer than back.

Lined in smooth black cotton, comfortable to wear. These are the measurments when laid flat –

Size large – 46″ chest –  Cross chest 24″, cross waist 22.5″,Back length 24″ front length from side neck 25.5″

Care of waistcoats
If you drop things down your front we advise the use of a damp sponge or a flannel to clean off small marks. Can be dry cleaned.
